Expert Care
QuietNota is built with care at every step, not just at the moment of delivery.
• Every message in the library is reviewed before it's ever available to send. Threats, violent language, and harassment are excluded by design; messages focus on the situation at hand, never on personal attacks.
• We encourage new message additions to the library, although each submission of a new message will be verified by both Ai and Hi (human intelligence) to maintain a quality message library.
• Your identity as a sender is protected. QuietNota does not ask for your email address or retain payment information (other than the payment processor; sending is tied to a private account code.
• Sending frequency is limited by design. Additional sends to the same recipient remain available, but pricing is structured specifically to discourage repeated or rapid messaging rather than encourage it.
• Every recipient can opt out. Once a recipient chooses not to receive future messages, that choice is permanent and honored automatically on any future send.

Suggest a Phrase, Earn Credit
A planned feature, phase 2: senders will be able to submit a phrase for consideration in the QuietNota library. Approved submissions earn a $-X- credit toward a future send.
• Every submission must meet QuietNota's content guidelines (no threats, harassment, defamatory claims, or personal attacks to maintain the the same standard applied to the existing library).
• Every submission goes through dual review before approval: AI-assisted review and final approval is an HI human-intelligence review. Nothing is added to the library, and no credit is issued, until both checks clear.
• Credit is applied to a future QuietNota send; it is not a cash reward as has no cash-value.

Is this a subscription?
No. Each message is a single, one-time purchase.
Can the recipient reply or find out who sent it?
No. Messages are sent from a no-reply address, and the sender's identity is never shared with the recipient.
Can I write my own message?
Not directly. Every message sent is selected from a pre-written, reviewed library — there's no free-text field on send, which keeps every delivered message appropriate and consistent. Senders will be able to suggest new phrases for the library (see Section 7), but suggestions are reviewed by both a human and an AI check before they're ever usable by anyone.
Is this refundable?
Messages are delivered immediately upon completion of purchase, so sends are final once sent. Full terms will be posted before launch.

QuietNota is currently in pre-launch development. This page will be updated with complete Terms & Conditions before the service becomes available for purchase. In summary, once live: each message purchase is a one-time, non-refundable transaction, delivered electronically and immediately upon completion; the service is intended for lawful, non-harassing communication only; and use of the service is subject to acceptance of these terms at checkout. Full terms, including dispute resolution and governing law, will be published prior to launch.
Privacy Policy (draft)
QuietNota is designed around minimizing data collection. We do not require senders to create an account with an email address, and we do not retain payment card information (payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant third-party processor). Information necessary to deliver a message to the recipient is used only for that purpose. A complete Privacy Policy, including data retention and opt-out details, will be published prior to launch.
Refund Policy (draft)
Because messages are delivered electronically and immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once a message has been sent. If a technical error prevents delivery, contact us at Operations@quietnota.com and we will investigate.
